We could not have done this without your support. We would like to again thank our Season 1 donors, for showing faith in our project enough to donate and keep us going, also to our very dedicated crew and volunteers. Without them, Felicia would be stuck doing EVERYTHING, not that she couldn’t, also a special thank you goes out to Kim Evey because she is as much a part of these wins for all the work she’s put in (and was very much missed at the awards). Thank you Streamys for putting on a show and making it a great night, thank you to the academy for voting for us, and everyone nominated in the categories, thank you for making these wins mean something for you are all held in high esteem. Lastly, we would like to thank all our viewers for showing us time and time again that our entertainment is being enjoyed by one and all throughout the world.

Whew! What a great day for our show!

Thank you so much to the hard work of all our cast and crew, as well as to all of you, our viewers, each of you who have made the show a success. We’re excited to be in such auspicious company and look forward to the awards on March 28th. They will be live streamed, so we hope you can join us there!

The biggest major New Media Blogs, NewTeeVee, Tilzy.tv, Tubefilter are co-hosting this new awards show, with the aim to make the first really “classy” award for New Media productions. This is the first year for it and we’d love to have The Guild be nominated, which depends on audience votes to get to the top 5. After that, industry professionals choose the winners.

A few other things: Yes, we know Safari is not supported by the MSN streaming. Such is being caught in the middle of two massive companies We would advise you to download Mozilla Firefox (free) and install it to be able to enjoy the streaming videos and apologize for the inconvenience.

Also some of the international versions are still being worked on, Season 1 will be rolling out a bit late this week, but they’re coming! International release of season 2 should be simultaneous with US release.

There may be other kinks in some processes along the way, we appreciate your patience! Please comment here if you notice anything that we need to address with the videos and your ability to enjoy them!

We want to thank everyone, especially our donors for making it possible for us to film and make our episodes. Without you, there would be no show to garner attention and make people laugh.

When Felicia accepted the award she dedicated it to all the Guild donors, because without each and every one of you, there would be no show at all. We look forward to making many new episodes, including shooting episode 10 on Friday!

We have one other favor to ask. Today, we were informed that the show is one of five finalists for the Yahoo series award! What a week! We noticed that the Guild is lagging in votes, so please, we would appreciate your vote. It seems there’s one per IP address. The prize is TBD, but every bit of publicity helps because we are an indie production so please take a second and vote, it would mean a lot!

We are excited to announce that our little indie series, The Guild, is one of 5 finalists for the series prize for the Greenlight Awards, sponsored by SXSW and On Networks! We are eligible for a $10,000 dollar prize to shoot more episodes with, and the contest will be judged by lots of fancy people, including Rick Linklater! The winner will be announced March 9th at the SXSW Interactive festival.
