Just found this, thought someone else might find it interesting.

Basically says that if it passes, artists will have to pay to have their work copyrighted, as opposed to it being theirs as soon as the pen hits the paper.
It mentions that video will also be affected. Would The Guild fall under this? Would suck if they had to pay more for such crap…

Interesting read. Yeah, I don't see why The Guild wouldn't be a part of Orphen Works. It definitely wouldn't be a good thing if those bills pass…I just hate it when the government is hyporcritical…

This has been going around.
Worse than a chain letter or an STD.
Nobody I know is concerned about it.
