We kept dropping Diablo 3 hints all over because me and Bladezz are addicts, but they didn't flinch. From some of the rumours I've over the fence, it seems that they are working on a new version of Starcraft but will be working on Diablo in the near future (I'd take these rumours with a grain of salt tho). BTW: http://www.planetdiablo.com/features/articles/d3-04012008/ IGN is credible but has been known to fake stuff…

Ok. before we dive in to the wonderful world of speculation and get everyone's hopes up for something that most likeyl isn't going to happen, let's look at the facts.

1) WoW is currently the most popular video game in the world. The very thought that Blizzard would do something like making World of Starcraft or Wolrd of Diablo to themselves to challenge that would be a terrible buisness decision.

2) World of Starcraft? Prolly not… With SC2 coming out soon, it's very unlikely they will develop a MMO for that universe until the Game has lost a LOT of steam.

3) A Diablo based MMO would be a lot of fun and all, but I think it would be too close to what you can already get in WoW. It woudl be almost like they made a WoW2 (don't get no ideas, Blizz…)

4) Finally, Blizzard has mentioned that they are working on a Mainstream CG Movie based on Warcraft. Although they are close lipped about any thing else, they did say it was true. Call my crazy, but don't you think it's kinda odd that they have this “secret” room and they are so Secretive about the movie?

My thoughts? Don't hold your breath for a new Blizzard MMO. It's just not a finacially smart choice at the moment. However, keep them eyes to t3h G00gl3! Warcraft: Legend of the World Tree may be comming to a theatre near you in the Future!

The top tier graphics cards aren't very expensive tho these days… a top-end Radeon 4850 or Geforce 9800GTX will cost about $200. I'm talking like less than 1 week old… (Well the 4870 and 9800GTX+ will arrive at higher price points) but these are capable of beating all last-gen cards…

They are cheap but you might realize your computer would be bottlenecking it… I shall say more when Diablo 3 comes out…

Nah my comp should handle a new graphic card with no problem, since the graphic card I have (GeForce 8600GT) is the least powerfull on my comp comparing with the processor etc

Well they did say MMORPG, so it's not Diablo 3 I think since it's not an MMO.
But maybe it was D3, I dont know tbh. Blizz and their top secret projects xD
