I’m in a registration conundrum, I didn’t receive my
activation email as my email client probably blocked it, I didn’t even see it in
the spam folder. If I attempt to use my original User Name I get a name has
been registered message. Is there an admin contact to see if I can get this
corrected?

I can’t confirm your account on this end, so I deleted your old user account, so you can recreate it. Hope that helps! I guess check your spam folder for activation email as soon as you create one.
