Forums : Off-spec character (Aka Ret paladin gag)

Man… I love the show, Felcia, since you've played WoW, surely you
know of this. Even after watching the first couple episodes, I was
thinking how an off-spec guildmate would work into the show. You know
the brash ret paladin with the chip on his shoulder ( *cough* Not that I know
anything about that* *cough)

Every game in the history of mankind had a playstyle that was laughed at. (Throwing/Singing Barb in diablo 2 for example) but I dont think that any other character has been poked at as much as the ret paladin

Its even got to the point where I expect anything to do with WoW or MMO's to make some sort of joke about off-spec hybrids.

(I don't play a pally anymore though, I rerolled rogue and having fun with RL friends in Heroics.)
