This is just an idea, but i’m biligual and am learnig 2 to 3 more languages. I love this show(found it today…^^) and i would like to help…
I would like to write subtitles for your show in french(my second best written language an cause I live there, actualy i’m an english man, in france…^^)
Would it intrest you?(for free of course!)
oh an again "I love you show!!"(in freench: "J’adore votre emission!!")

As much as I’d like to see the audience grow, I think that translating existing episodes is a bad idea. I too am bilingual (French and English) and I find that a lot of subtleties are lost to translation. Besides, there is nothing more cheezy than watching a dubbed movie.
Subtitles are a pain to follow as you must pay attention to the text and so you lose some of the visual cues.
When you guys get big enough, I recommend a (insert language preference) writing team right off the bat and get actor that actually speak (insert language of preference) and not the ones that think they speak (insert language of preference) by simply regurgitating lines with bad accents.

Hmmm. I only speak English… and C++… and Lisp…. I digress…. But my question is, "Will the puns work in other languages?"
There’s the scene where Zaboo is baring his soul to Codex and the guild responds "Awful" / "Awesome" / "Awkward" / "Aw!" Yes, it’s subtle, but it’s one of those clever devices that makes the show so enjoyable.
If it could be done, then I’m all for it. But does humor really translate that well into other languages? Just curious.

Dubbing it would definitely lose a lot in translation. Especially with dry humor, it’s really easy to mess that up. Take the American version of Coupling. Same dialog, great actors, but absolute shit results.
Subtitles, though, are much easier. You’re still hearing the tone and inflection of the original actors, but just mixing it in with the translated meaning. You just need to make sure the translator is fluent in both languages, so the meaning isn’t changed in the process.
Besides, aren’t fan subs one of the signs that you’ve "made it"? Just after fan art, but before cosplay. :)
