    An ancient holiday called sam-haim? :D It’s actually pronounced ‘souwen’ (samhain) in Gaelic-Irish… I’m sorry… I’m Irish… I don’t know why that annoyed me!

      Hahaha, completely agree — though I thought it could have been on purpose. How would Vork know? Celto-phile that I am, it took me Irish language classes before I realized I’d been pronouncing it wrong for years (but at least I thought the “mh” was pronounced “v”). :-)

      I believe it was said that way as a joke. In a way someone would be entirely book read without any practical knowledge of a subject. But I could be overestimating the writers.

      It makes me cringe when I hear it mispronounced too, even if it is very understandable to do so in English.

        I have a friend who says it that way to so I was just thinking about it today(other than when I watched the episode)

          This is one that gets mispronounced (and strongly defended as such) a lot, each person seems to have their own way of saying it. I agree it’s mostly people reading it from a book and never hearing it spoken aloud in it’s language of origin. I likewise hope they’re clever enough to have been using Vork’s tendency to rote learn pretty much anything he thinks will make him cash to show it doesn’t always lead to accurate pronounciation or genuine knowledge.

          Still, it was great to see it referred to something other than halloween for a change. :)

    Some people are griping that the current events from the storyline are not being followed here. To that, I would say that a “special” can operate outside the storyline (much as if the Music Video had been made now, as opposed to last year) and so is not bound by those events. Just enjoy the 3.5 minutes of them all being together (and Tink and Codex in those costumes) and their individual characters on display.

    Great job, very fun episode!

      By my watch we should have had two episodes by now, seeing as the 10th should have come out today, but ah well.

        Every tuesday not monday, and the halloween ‘special’ took up an episode spot. One will come out tomorrow but remember, it’s tuesday all day. Don’t bitch and moan if it’s not out first thing in the morning (though it might be). The beautiful Madame Day does not control the release schedule, MSN does.
