The Guild Season 4

We’re pleased to announce that Season 4 of The Guild is official – Microsoft has renewed the show for another season and new episodes of The Guild will be coming to Xbox, Zune and PCs this summer.

Felicia is putting the finishing touches on the script for Season 4, which will pick up where Season 3 left off.  Pre-production is underway, keeping producer Kim Evey and Streamy Award winning director Sean Becker very busy as cameras are set to roll sometime in May.  Seasons 1 through 3 are currently available on watchtheguild.com, iTunes, Amazon and YouTube.

Microsoft has sponsored The Guild since season 2.  The Guild thanks Microsoft – along with all the fans – for continued support of the show.

The Guild is Microsoft’s only redeeming quality. Now if Sun could just wrest it away…

Can’t wait to see the new episodes! Also, could be interesting to introduce a new character that plays MUDs instead of MMOOs.

There is a u in Fourth. Four. The spelling of the root word does not change.

You also spelled rong wrong. Please stop “correcting” people.

There is indeed a u in fourth when speaking ordinally. When spelling it without a u, the meaning becomes a movement forward in time or space.

Yeah there is. If you’re saying ‘be forthcoming with this’ or ‘come forth’ when you’re saying something like forward, there’s no u, but when you’re talking about the number 4, there’s a u. Look it up.

My friend watched all three previous seasons in the span of 2 days without having played a single MMO in her life. This show has killer appeal even to non-gamers. I sincerely and eagerly look forward to the release of season 4. TOO excited.

I understand! My sis has no interest in gaming but liked it. Now if only she had time to watch it all.

    • Posted June 20, 2010 at 7:35 am | Permalink

Yea! Ive never played an mmo…I went to a school where WoW was very prevalent and life sucking of it’s student where we had RA’s whose job it was to “get the students out of their rooms” but never played.

AND I LOVE THIS SHOW. I watched seasons 1-3 in 2 days. Im already gearing for season 4! I love the dialogue, the strange assortment of characters, and their “adventures”. I wish this would get picked up by a TV prod company so i could watch a new episode once a week!

      thanks guys!

when the hell are we seeing episode 2? haha i love this show.

it’s just that…why the hell does it take months and months to post ALL episodes for season 4? they’re only just like 5 minutes per episode…

    it’s frustrating.

    • Posted July 20, 2010 at 5:59 am | Permalink

they build up the excitement by making it only posted on a weekly basis if they psted them all at ounce we would all get too bored and it would eventually get cancled… The key to a good Dramatic Comedy is cliff-hangers that make u wait to see a new episode

I would wish that this would get picked up as a network show we could have 26 thirty minute episodes but the network would probably find a way to ruin a great thing.

Alright. I think it would be cool to introduce another girl into the guild. Maybe a paladin. Paladins are awesome. You know one that can kick butt and heal at the same time. Oh and I know this may like be really really hard to do, but it would be soooo cool if we could see them in game. Even if it’s just the character’s dressed up as their characters.

So far we’ve only seen Codex in game. But the fact Vork is talking up the custom guild hall is a good sign we’ll see it, and the rest of the guild in it.
